Batching Plants

We design and build custom concrete batching plants. We handle both WET batching plants (equipped with a mixer) and DRY batching plants. WET batching plants allow for the pre-mixing of aggregates, cement, water, and additives, ensuring better concrete quality and optimizing the water/cement ratio.

By analyzing the production mode of the plants, we identify continuous production plants that mount continuous mixers and cycle production plants that mount double-axis mixers and planetary mixers.

Our concrete batching plants can be equipped with bulk material storage tanks, conveyor belts for the handling of bulk materials (aggregates), automation and control systems, and cement storage silos. We follow all the processes for the construction of a batching plant to ensure a constant standard of quality for the entire project. The processes are carried out using numerically controlled equipment, and the steel and profiles used are of certified quality and origin, while the components are the best on the market.
