Studio Ingia specializes in the design of steel and reinforced concrete structures. Today more than ever, the design of these spaces must meet multiple requirements: effective placement of machinery and people, safety, circulation of equipment, containment of consumption, modularity, and flexibility. Specifically, we deal with:

• architectural design of building structures for industrial, logistic, commercial, and residential use;
• design and project management of structural works in steel carpentry, press-bent steel for light structures, normal and pre-stressed reinforced concrete, traditional and reinforced masonry;
• design and project management of superficial and deep foundation works, containment works, and walls;
• seismic design of single and multi-story prefabricated buildings, with traditional or alternative solutions; improvement and seismic adaptation of existing buildings; drainage and consolidation interventions, calculation of soil bearing capacity with evaluation of settlements;
• static testing.

Initially, we proceed with a feasibility study: starting from the client's needs and assisting them in choosing and identifying optimal solutions, we prepare a preliminary project that meets the client's requirements while respecting urban planning constraints and regulatory requirements, defining the preliminary costs of implementation and the implementation timeline. The project will then be further developed in detail, producing the final documents such as technical drawings indicating the choice of materials and colors, plant diagrams, etc., which will be the basis for the construction of the work. At this stage, metric estimates and specifications will be developed in order to accurately quantify the cost of the planned work.
