Works Management

For years, our experience and competence have allowed us to perform the Construction Management of every project by controlling and monitoring every step of the construction process. This allows us to keep the quality of the work under control and maintain the predetermined timeframe.

We manage the on-site installation team in the implementation of the approved project by verifying the correct installation and compliance with the executive designs as well as the quality of the work carried out. We provide assistance with tracing, manage the supply of materials and their control, carry out intermediary activities between the workers and the client, and verify compliance with safety regulations. Our technician can act both as works manager and as the coordinator of the construction site safety.

In addition to construction management, our studio also deals with the drafting of the progress report (SAL), as well as the validation of any technical improvements made during the work, and the drafting of meeting minutes and any work orders. We guarantee an effective work process that allows the project to take shape within the established timeframe. After the site is completed, we issue the certificate of regular execution of work to be attached to the request for usability.
