Skid Oil & Gas
The combined mechanical, piping, and instrumentation skills allow us to work in an integrated manner, offering a complete service to the end customer by developing feasibility studies, executive projects, and the realization of skids, vessels, and packages always in compliance with international standards.
Specifically, we provide turnkey skid, vessel, and package systems for the Oil & Gas (On Shore, Off Shore), Chemical, and Energy sectors: Fuel Gas & Fuel Oil Skid System, Chemical skid, Gas and Oil Filtration Skid, Pig Traps / Launcher receiver skid, Water Bath Heater, Condensate dehydration package, Pressure vessel, Flare Package, Fuel Gas Skid, Pump Skid, Dosing Skid, Filtration Skid, Compression Skid, Reverse Osmosis Skid, BioGas Upgrading.
Starting from the customer's specifications such as P&ID (Piping and Instruments Drawing), Piping Specification, Piping Class & Branch Table, Instruments Hook Up, we can design the plant from scratch, proposing tailor-made solutions that meet the customer's needs. We have an in-depth knowledge of the piping world and design in accordance with piping class standards in both ASME and EN domains.
Due to their nature, SKIDs are compact systems where space optimization is crucial. For this reason, in the design phase, we aim to ensure the best accessibility of all plant components such as valves, instruments, junction boxes, filters, quick closures, heaters, meters, etc.
When the client approves the project, we move from 3D modeling to the realization of construction drawings. If required, we create General Arrangement Drawings, Isometrics Drawings, assembly drawings with ball marking, Data Sheet, and, in general, all the documentation required for approval by the end customer.
The skid solution allows us to: reduce overall costs and assembly times on-site, have a construction process controlled to ensure the maximum quality and safety of the result, eliminate emissions, reduce noise, facilitate maintenance, provide protection against overpressure, and ensure long-term tightness.
