Industrial Machinery
Based on the specific needs of the customer, we carry out the design of industrial machinery both for the creation of new customized equipment and for the revamping of existing machines.
We start with the analysis of the customer's specific requirements to carry out a feasibility study followed by a logical-functional design that leads to an innovative solution that is evaluated overall in terms of efficiency, cost, reliability, advantages and disadvantages, safety, realization times, and expected operating life.
Then follows the physical sizing with which we assign the appropriate values to the model based on the technical specifications of the project.
As required by the D.M. 37/08, every plant design must be elaborated according to the regulations in force and the indications of the guides and standards of UNI, CEI or other standardization bodies belonging to the EU member states.
Revamping is instead a general restructuring intervention of an existing machine, which involves a redesign of the mechanical parts and, if required, a modification of the exterior. Among its main advantages are: extension of the useful life of a machine, possibility of implementing new available technologies; compliance with environmental regulations (gas emissions, water discharges, etc.) and greater safety for personnel (noise, risk of crushing, etc.); improvement of machine performance and lower energy consumption.
